Acesso à justiça em áreas remotas no Amazonas

Resumo

Este trabalho aborda a problemática do acesso à Justiça
em áreas remotas do estado do Amazonas, onde as distâncias geográficas
e as peculiaridades socioculturais representam desafios significativos.
O objetivo é propor medidas para democratizar o acesso judicial e melhorar
a qualidade de vida dos envolvidos, especialmente em comunidades
tradicionais como as populações indígenas e ribeirinhas. Para isso,
é realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, utilizando artigos científicos, resoluções do Conselho Nacional de Justiça e manuais jurídicos.
A metodologia inclui também análise da cooperação interinstitucional
entre o Poder Judiciário e a Saúde Indígena no Amazonas. Conclui-se que a
compreensão das complexidades do processo judicial e a cooperação entre
instituições são essenciais para garantir o acesso à Justiça nessas regiões
remotas, promovendo uma gestão processual mais eficiente e inclusiva.

This paper addresses the issue of access to Justice in
remote areas of the state of Amazonas, where geographical distances and
sociocultural peculiarities pose significant challenges. The aim is to propose
measures to democratize judicial access and improve the quality of life of
those involved, especially in traditional communities such as indigenous
and riverside populations. To achieve this, bibliographic research is
conducted, using scientific articles, resolutions of the National Council
of Justice, and legal manuals. The methodology also includes an analysis
of interinstitutional cooperation between the Judiciary and Indigenous
Health in Amazonas. It is concluded that understanding the complexities
of the judicial process and cooperation between institutions are essential to
ensure access to Justice in these remote regions, promoting more efficient
and inclusive procedural management.
