Resumo: Tem como objetivo relatar que as narrativas podem ser utilizadas no resgate e construção da memória institucional. Utilizando-se
do storytelling como ferramenta de acesso ao conhecimento gerado pelos membros de uma organização. O registro destes conhecimentos, através das narrativas, tem a capacidade de atingir um número maior de pessoas e além da contribuição da externalização do saber, fortalece a coletividade dentro de uma organização, pois estreita os laços da comunicação entre indivíduos e colabora com a construção da memória institucional.
ABSTRACT: It aims to report that the narratives can be used in the rescue and construction of institutional memory. Using storytelling as a tool to access the knowledge generated by members and an organization. The registration of this knowledge, through the narratives, has the capacity to reach a larger number of people and, in addition to the contribution of the externalization of knowledge, it strengthens the collectivity within an organization because it strengthens the bonds of communication between individuals and collaborates with the construction of memory institutional.
