Resumo

O presente trabalho analisa a tutela antecipada e a tutela
cautelar antecedente e incidental à arbitragem brasileira, seus princípios e
regras, características, ritos, peculiaridades, efetivação e cooperação entre
árbitros e juízes.

This paper analyses the provisional and protective
measure precedent and incidental to Brazilian arbitration, its principles and
rules, characteristics, procedures, peculiarities, execution and cooperation
between arbitrators and judges.
