A Visual Law aplicada ao processo coletivo

Resumo

Este artigo preocupa-se com a Visual Law aplicada ao
processo coletivo. A partir da contextualização sobre as temáticas da coletivização do processo e da metodologia enfoque, objetiva-se indicar possibilidades da aplicação da Visual Law ao longo do processo coletivo. Seus
objetivos especícos compreendem a realização da revisão bibliográca;
apresentação e análise de um IRDR do TJPR que adota a Visual Law; e
desenvolvimento de um resumo expandido que ilustra a Visual Law aplicada ao processo coletivo. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, apoiando-se na
abordagem da revisão bibliográca, adotando, além disso, as próprias ferramentas da proposta apresentada para explorar um material já produzido
institucionalmente com a Visual Law e apresentar um resumo expandido
construído com a metodologia, inédito. Considera-se que a reconguração do Direito implica a possibilidade da adoção de inovações metodológicas como a Visual Law aplicada aos processos coletivos, que fortalece a
participação e promove o acesso à Justiça.

is article is concerned with the application of Visual
Law methodology in collective actions. Within the contextualization on
the themes of judicial actions collectivization and the methodology’s approach, the research aims to indicate possibilities of applying Visual Law
throughout collective actions. Its specic objectives include literature review; presentation and analysis of a Repetitive Demands Resolution Incident (Incidente de Resolução de Demandas Repetitivas – IRDR) from a
State Court of Justice that adopts the Visual Law. Furthermore, there is the
development of an extended summary that illustrates the applied Visual
Law in collective actions. It is a qualitative research, based on the literature review and a practical approach with the IRDR case analysis and the
extended summary development with the methodology. Ultimately, we
consider that the current Law reconguration encourages methodological
innovations such as the applied Visual Law in collective actions, which
strengthens participation and promotes access to Justice.
